Urgent need of Oil Tanker or Chemical Tanker

Dear Associates:

1000-2000 DWT chemical tanker / oil tanker wanted by EVISION INTL INC,
We are
serious and immediate buyers of three chemical / oil tanker
types:
maximum 19.5 built_ins old. Not older than 19.5 built_ins.
Any country made is allowed but we prefer Japan made.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot purchase China made  tanker for this deal.
Our price idea is
between US $ 0.4 million to $ 1.5 million around depending on the status of the
vessel. We are flexible in payment matters which could be full LC
or combination of cash and LC.
Our  Clients are few, who need to procure 
4 to 5 tankers depending on the budget.
The Tankers will be used for our Coastal
or Inland areas within Bangladesh and Bay of Bengal.
