The buyer need to discuss with the seller about the extra cost for bringing the vessel to his port.
Please find the following procedure of sale and purchase MABUBAY HOLIDAY CRUISES
1) Seller provide ship’s detail particular and photos
2) Seller to offer the FOB price which is USD 2.1 Million ( Including your commision 2% )
3) Buyer to issue letter of intent, indicating the price approval, to be addressed to :
4) Seller to issue invitation in Philippines for top table meeting :
- Sign the sale and purchase agreement
- Proof of product – seller provides ship’s document and certificate

- Proof of Fund – buyer provides the bank coordinate that can be softly probed or show the bank statement of sufficient fund to enter
into this sale and purchase transaction
5) Other requirements can be win-win discussed during this meeting
Offer is valid only for five calendar days, starting from today, August 12th 2012.
Please work out on the letter of intent and price approval, using buyer’s company letter head, sign and seal.
To close the deal, buyer need to submit :
1) LOI and price acceptance
2) BCL (Bank Confirmed Letter) that advising buyer has a sufficient money to enter into this sale and purchase transaction.
